KEMDIKBUDRISTEK. Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS PPPK di lingkungan Kemdikbudristek Berdasarkan peraturan sebagai berikut: 1). Keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 544 Tahun 2023 tanggal 20 Juli 2023 tentang Penetapan Kebutuhan Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lingkungan Pemerintah Pusat Tahun Anggaran 2023.

2). Surat Plt. Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara Nomor 8871/B-KS.04.01/SD/K/2023 tanggal 16 September 2023 tentang Perubahan Jadwal Pelaksanaan Seleksi CASN Tahun Anggaran 2023. Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemdikbudristek) memberikan kesempatan bagi Warga Negara Indonesia untuk menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) di lingkungan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut.
I. INFORMASI UMUM Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS dan PPPK
1. Alokasi kebutuhan jabatan CPNS di lingkungan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Tahun Anggaran 2023 sejumlah 16.102 untuk jabatan Dosen di Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN), dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
a. Asisten Ahli – Dosen sejumlah 13.440
b. Lektor – Dosen sejumlah 2.662
2. Informasi mengenai unit kerja dan rincian kebutuhan (jabatan, kualifikasi pendidikan, jumlah kebutuhan, dan rencana penempatan) dapat dilihat pada lampiran pengumuman ini yang dimuat pada laman https://casn.kemdikbud.go.id.
3. Seleksi dilaksanakan dengan tahapan:
a. Seleksi Administrasi, dilaksanakan bagi pelamar yang telah memenuhi persyaratan tata cara pendaftaran;
b. Seleksi Kompetensi Dasar (SKD), dilaksanakan bagi pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan (MS) seleksi administrasi. SKD dilaksanakan menggunakan sistem Computer Assisted Test (CAT) BKN, dengan cakupan materi meliputi Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK), Tes Intelegensia Umum (TIU), dan Tes Karakteristik Pribadi (TKP).
c. Seleksi Kompetensi Bidang (SKB), dilaksanakan bagi pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan (MS) SKD dan merupakan tiga peringkat terbaik dalam kebutuhan jabatan yang dilamar.
SKB untuk jabatan Dosen dilaksanakan menggunakan sistem CAT BKN, dengan cakupan materi meliputi Etika dan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, Literasi Bahasa Inggris, Penalaran dan Pemecahan Masalah, dan Dimensi Psikologi.
Selain SKB menggunakan CAT, diberikan pula SKB Tambahan yang meliputi Wawancara dan Praktik Mengajar/Microteaching.
